I tried out a Chicken Parmigiano recipe. It was mm mm good! J gave it a 9 out of 10, me an 8. So make sure you try it!

thanks for the receipe Martha, I tired it last week, and it was pretty good, and more importantly Jon loved it.
I'm glad you liked it! I'm not a big italian seasoning fan, so I might play with the spices a bit... we'll see what happens.
