This is our Christmas tree this year. He's a bit Charlie-brownish, but we rather like him. It means we can see the ornaments on both sides of the tree at once, and the light shines through the branches. Plus, it creates great shadows on our wall!

Christmas Bakin'
About a week ago Jana had a bunch of ladies over, and we all brought 8-10 dozen of one type of baked good. And traded. A Christmas bakin' exchange! And now we've got so many goodies we'll be sick...
Things have been, to say the least, still hectic. But good.
We had small group here this past Sunday, and it was good to have everyone over. Cam, Jocelyn & Jill came over for a pancake dinner (tres yummy). I went with the youth group last weekend to WEM for a waterpark night, then stayed up way too late playing silly games. Can you say four in a couch?
I've also been having friends over every Monday night to watch a disc of Gilmore Girls Season 7. It's a good time spent together - last week we got started late because we just didn't want to stop chatting! I must admit that the first 3 or so seasons were more favorite, but it's nice to finish the whole thing off. We've only got 2 more nights left.
Tomorrow night I head into the big city - Bryce and Hayley were kind enough to ask me to photograph their wedding! It'll be fun to take photos at a snowy wedding, and I'm sure it'll be a lovely time.
In a week and a bit we fly out to Vernon for a week to visit the family over Christmas - the tickets are purchased, but things have been so crazy that I haven't really had time to think about it too much yet. But family for Christmas is always good.
Only 6 work days left until holidays! Whee!
